Performance documentation showing a person inflating a white latex glove using their breath.
Rear view of a performer holding an inflated white latex glove during a live action.

A glove is worn and inflated using the performer’s own breath. Air pressure, material tension, fragility, and the physical presence of the performer determine the course and appearance of the action. Skin becomes visible as a temporary envelope, as a boundary between body and space, and as a projection surface of internal and external states. Authorship resides not in controlling form, but in exposing body and material to temporal and physical processes.
